Evening Box Office

The evening box office in the Semperoper opens one hour before the scheduled concert. The evening box office in Semper Zwei opens 30 minutes before the scheduled performance.

Concessions

Subject to ticket availability, handicapped visitors holding a valid pass (at least 80 percent degree of disability) may purchase a halfprice concessionary ticket. Carers indicated on the pass may also be elegiblee for the same concession. These reductions are only available for concerts in the Semperoper priced €12 and above in seating categories 1 to 5. Concessions are non-transferable and cannot be granted on previously purchased tickets. No concessions are available for ticket bought online. A valid pass must be presented on entry.

Separately labelled wheelchair spaces are available for wheelchair users in the stallss and on he 1st and 2nd tiers in various seat categories. Each seat is accesible via the lift. Please note that access for electric wheelchairs cannot be guaranteed in the 1st and 2nd tiers due to narrow doors. No wheelchairs spaces are available on the 3rd and 4th tiers. The labelled wheelchair spaces can be requested at the Visitor Service. If these are already sold out, no other seats can be provided as wheelchair spaces.

Discount for children

Children and young people up to the age of 16 can receive a reduced ticket (50 percent discount). The children's discount is granted for performances in the Semperoper from an admission price of 12 euros for seating groups 1 to 5. External and special events are excluded.

Tickets for schoolchildren and students

Schoolchildren and students possesing a valid ID card can purchase remaining tickets at the evening box office in the final 30 minutes before the scheduled concert at a price of €10, provided that the pandemic related access regulations permit this. (Tickets subject to availability, minimum normal ticket price €12 for categories 1-5. Guest performances, external events, special events and exclusive performances are excluded from this offer). A valid school or college/university ID card must be presented on entry.
